| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If by mistake we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, we will notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling We offer free, 3 day delivery service to any UK mainland destinations. Next day service is available for an additional £25.00. Please call or email us regarding delivery costs outside of the United Kingdom. If you place and order outside the UK mainland we will call or email you with the additional delivery cost. |
| Delivery Schedule On receipt of your order we will either call or email you with a delivery date. Most items are on a 3 day service, which means they will take up to 3 days, but could arrive sooner. We can provide a next day service for a cost of £25.00, orders must be received before 12:00 the previous day. We will notify you by phone or email when you can expect your goods. It is not always necessary to be at home as you can leave a signed note with instructions on where to leave your goods. |

| Returns Policy Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. Please bear in mind there is a cost involved in returning goods to us, with this said we will help make returning goods as painless as possible. Some purchases may require additional advise and guidance to help make sure they will be right for you and in this regard we are more than happy to spend the time on the phone or email to help with making the best decision. A refund will be given immediately we receive the goods in good condition and in there original packaging (less postage or courier cost). Many of the products are delivered to your door by a carrier. If no-one is in when the carrier calls a card will be left asking you to contact them at their local depot. You can then arrange for another delivery date with the carrier direct. If no contact is made within 14 days, parcels will be returned and an additional charged will be raised for the items to be re-sent.
